Shipping costs and shipping information.
Only within Germany, the shipping is free of charge.
A shipment of the goods is only possible in EU countries. Depending on the size and weight of your order, shipping will be done by UPS or DPD. The corresponding shipping costs for deliveries abroad and EU countries can be viewed by the customer on the website during the ordering process.
If ordered product is not available or not supplied by the third supplier without own Tapeten №1 fault, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case the customer will be informed immediately and if necessary the delivery of a comparable product will be suggested. If no comparable product is available or the customer does not wish to receive a comparable product, the customer will be reimbursed immediately for any consideration already provided.
If not all ordered products are in stock, wallpaper №1 is entitled to partial deliveries at their expense, as far as this is reasonable for the customer.
If you wish to ship to another country, please contact us via contact form and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code.
We will then inform you at short notice, if we can also ship to the desired country and you - should a delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - notify the shipping costs, as we have to ask the shipping option and the cost in advance with our shipping partner.
It should be noted here that the customs duties and fees levied by the respective country are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the shipping costs. The customer receives further information from the local customs office.
